INFORMATION:

We ship all our slimes bubble wrapped OR wrapped in tissue paper with a seal on the inside and/or outside of the container.

It is very normal for slimes to deflate/dry out overtime. Keep your slime in an airtight container/the one provided to prevent this. add lotion if it gets tough.

In your package you will receive your slime(s) ordered, business card, slime care, and 1-2 tsp of borax powder.

If you order 4+ slimes, you receive a free sampler! if you use a coupon code on your order, this does not apply to you.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER, CONTACT US USING PICTURES/ORDER NUMBER.

Can I change my address? 
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please CONTACT US via email immediately for your address to be changed! If your package was already sent out & gets lost in the mail, you are responsible for paying shipping for another product. If the slime is not sent back to me, you will not be refunded for a lost package (if you entered the wrong address and never contacted us)

Where is my order at?...
Please check the tracking number provided. If your tracking wasn't updated, we recommend contacting us to figure out the next step.

I got the wrong slime. What do I do?

My slime leaked! WHAT DO I DO?!
I am not responsible for cracked/leaked slimes. Please contact us using the contact portion of our website to see if we can do anything.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

We do not offer refunds or cancellations unless there is a legitimate problem with your order. There will be some exceptions.
